What Givloom is
Givloom is a gift discovery platform for people who want to give something that actually lands — not just something that ships fast. We're starting with kids and family gifting, because it's the clearest place to prove the idea: real recommendations, chosen by a real person, for a specific kid at a specific age. But kids is our starting point, not our ceiling. Everything we build — how we tag products, how our finder asks questions, how we structure a catalog — is designed so adults, homes, hobbies, and every other kind of gift can slot in without a rebuild.
Gifts that aren't junk
Most “gift guide” content online is a link list wearing a bow: whatever's trending, whatever pays the highest commission, dressed up as a recommendation. We think that's a bad deal for you and a worse deal for whoever's opening the box. So we built Givloom around a simpler idea — only recommend what we'd actually give. If something's popular but not good, we'll tell you. If the honest answer for a gift is “skip this one,” we'll say that too.
Every pick, human-vetted
Nothing on Givloom is auto-generated or scraped from a bestseller list. Every product in our catalog was looked at by a real person — checked for age-fit, checked for quality, checked for whether a kid would actually touch it twice after unwrapping it. Our gift finder only ever recommends from that vetted catalog. It won't invent a product, guess a price, or tell you something's in stock when we don't know that.
Where we're headed
Kids and family gifting is where we're starting, not where we're stopping. Over time, Givloom is built to grow into more recipients — partners, parents, coworkers, yourself — more occasions, and more categories: home, hobbies, wellness, and beyond.
